Stage 1 involved a comprehensive internal renovation of a 1980's home, including complete upgrades to three bathrooms, the laundry, kitchen, and living areas. Additional windows and skylights were installed to enhance natural light and create a spacious, inviting atmosphere. In

Stage 2, a new double carport, gatehouse, pergola, and designer pool were added. The pool area features natural stone crazy paving, blending seamlessly with the beautiful native surroundings. This transformation offers captivating views of both the ocean and hinterland hills from the garden setting.
