Inspired Built holds a QBCC Builder's Licence (Open), Licence No. 1241619, issued by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. This ensures we comply with all aspects of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991.

In NSW, we hold Contractor Licence No. 375168C, issued by NSW Fair Trading under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW).

• All local council regulations and planning approvals

• Relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS)
